1. Check-in starts at 3 p.m., check-out by 11 a.m. on the last day of stay.
2. Payment for the stay is not refundable in the event of shortening the stay.
3. We do not accept pets in the facility.
4. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments.
5. It is forbidden to use open fire such as candles in the apartments.
6. The apartments are equipped with smoke detectors linked to the security agency. In the event of unjustified intervention, the guest is obliged to cover its costs.
7. Quiet hours need to be respected from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
8. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the rooms, destruction or damage to the room equipment as well as its loss.
9. In the event of damage during the stay, the guest is obliged to cover the costs of its repair. Parents are responsible for damages caused by children.
10. The guest should notify the owners of the damage or its finding.
11. Guests are required to store the room key with due care. In the event of its loss, guests will be charged 200 PLN.
12. The owner of the facility is not responsible for damage or theft of a vehicle belonging to the guest, neither for valuables left in the rooms.
13. Guests undertake the use of the facility only for residential purposes - it is forbidden to organize parties and events in the facility.
14. In the event where the guest significantly violates the peace and/or property of the neighbours and does not comply with the generally applicable standards of intercourse between people, we reserve the right to terminate the guest's stay without the obligation to refund the money for the unused time.
15. The guest is obliged to segregate rubbish (glass and plastic/metal) and carry it to waste containers at the end of the stay.
