The apartments were designed for people who value their privacy and are looking for peace and tranquillity and proximity to nature.

The facility was built in 2020-2021 and consists of three small buildings with two independent 35 square meter apartments each. All apartments open onto a large terrace surrounded by the garden and are overlooking the bay.

Each apartment is air-conditioned and consists of a kitchenette, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

There is a designated barbecue area in the garden.

The site is fenced, monitored and has 6 parking spaces.
